HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW COLLECTIONS?
De la dos releases a new collection every month.
ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS ORGANIC?
Not all products sold on delados.com are 100% organic. Please note we will indicate in the product description when products are organic. We've made it easy for you to shop all organic products with one click - shop under the Organic selection.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise stated. All order ship from Brooklyn, New York.
WHAT IF ALL ITEMS ARE GIFTS, DO I NEED TO PAY THE ADDITIONAL $1 FOR ALL TO BE BOXED?
Please only select the "Gift Box" option for one of the items and send us an email at delados@delados.com with order number and we will box based on your instructions.
ARE YOU ACCEPTING RETURNS?
Your health and the health of your little ones is important to us. Due to Covid-19 and safety measures we will not be accepting any returns. If your product is damaged please help to email us directly at delados@delados.com with images of product. Upon review we will advise if store credit will be issued.
